HCL AXON’s approach is to blend the local resources with senior delivery staff from our US
practice and gradually transfer support activities to AXON Puerto Rico resources. This
transfer happens where appropriate and while balancing cost, benefits and project risk.

The project roles typically supported from Axon PR include:
- Development of English or Spanish language functional design, development
specifications and configuration documentation - Preparation and execution of unit testing and integration testing scripts
- Preparation and migration of legacy data into SAP®
- Development of English or Spanish language end-user guides and training materials
- Carry out end-user training in English or Spanish
- Preparation and maintenance of data for training environments
- On-site cut-over and on-going production support
